Meet Randall

As consistent top-producer with over a decade of expertise in real estate, Randall O’Dowd is a change agent in every sense of the word. He consistently looks for transformational opportunities and he remains at the forefront of design and marketing trends. He expertly advocates for his clients to bring them into homes that enhance their lives. Whether representing a buyer or seller, Randall puts his clients at ease, handling each aspect of the transaction with care that commands results. A passionate negotiator when representing buyers, Randall’s tactics have proven to be extremely effective. This is evidenced by his ability to win over 80% of multiple-offer situations, getting his clients the home of their choice.

As an award-winning Graphic Designer, experienced Art Director, and design firm owner, Randall is a creative mind with an appreciation for the ways in which architecture impacts everyday life. His clients benefit from his tailored design eye and his attention to beauty, color, texture, line and taste.

Randall aligned with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty out of a desire to transform his thinking and his business for the benefit of his clients. Though he is a seasoned real estate agent, Randall always believes he can refine his business and finds inspiration in RSIR’s industry innovations. As such, Randall is a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert and Senior Residential Specialist. He specializes in luxury and select residential real estate in Seattle where he sells 30 to 35 homes per year.

Randall enjoys a variety of creative and social activities. He and his wife Tracy love their mid-century modern home, designed in 1959 by Albert Baumgardner, above Alki Beach. In 2015, the two founded the Seattle Mid-Century Modern Owners Group, for owners of architecturally-significant homes in the area. A prolific singer, songwriter, and guitar player, Randall is often found performing jazz and blues at local venues. He also enjoys painting, playing tennis and creating mixed-media art.
